Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Privacy Policies

PROCESSING, SHIPPING & PICKUPS

Processing for all orders varies for each individual product. Processing time is the time needed to receive and/or to customize your order and get it ready for shipping. Please allow Shantise Michelle the allotted time frame stated under each individual collection to have your order ready. Please refer back to the collection you chose your specific item of purchase to read and understand the processing times. Processing times may exceed to full time frame mentioned but will never go over.

All time frames are listed as BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. 

 

Shipping times varies and will follow each individual customers reflected choice during checkout. (for example, if chosen express shipping at checkout, you will receive your in order 1-2 business days of shipping label creation BUT those business days will not start during said processing time). Processing times and shipping times are different. 

 

If you have chosen "pickup" as your option to retrieve your order, you will be notified that your order is ready for pickup via email. Pickup options follow the same structure as shipping. Your order will be available for pickup once your processing time is fulfilled. 

 

 

SHIPPING WITH USPS. ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE RELEASE!

 

REFUNDS POLICY

 

Please be sure about your purchase before pressing the "Submit your Order" button. HOWEVER, if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase a refund will be issued ONLY to your order if it is in the same condition as is when shipped. REFUNDS ARE NULL AND VIOD if product has been altered and/or changed. (coloring, cutting of lace, bundle holder cut, knots have been bleached, makeup applied to lace) Shantise Michelle Collection does not issue refunds for orders that were altered in anyway noted prior. 


RETURN POLICY

 

Exchanges are welcomed ONLY if hair is returned in its original state (no cutting of the lace, no makeup was applied to the lace). (coloring, cutting of lace, bundle holder cut, knots have been bleached, makeup applied to lace) Pictures shall be sent to Shantise Michelle (shantisemichelle@gmail.com) and approved before exchange can be processed. Exchange MUST be of same value.

CUSTOM UNITS/READY TO WEAR UNITS: DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ITEM ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

 

Custom units are constructed with measurements provided by the consumer. Please note, Shantise Michelle Collection is NOT RESPONSIBLE for improper fit due to improper measurements. All measurements are stated online; please read and understand what you are agreeing to before purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY

Shantise Michelle Collection collects information from you when you subscribe to our mailing list and when you input information for billing and shipping during checkout. 

Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company without your consent. Your information will only be used for the direct use of the website (shipping your product out).
